Very sweet, affectionate pair who get on with other cats and dogs. They are very gentle and can be homed with kids 5yrs+. Their owner's husband has died and sadly she cannot take them where she is going. They will make fantastic family pets. Updated: Tue 9th Feb 2010 11:48:31 |

 Faro
The neighbours were left horrified when faro's owner died and having cleared out her house, the family left faro behind to fend for himself all through this freezing winter. They have been feeding him and very kindly rang and arranged to bring him to Last Chance so he can find a loving home of his own where he will be cared for and looked after. Piper
Very sweet, friendly boy who loves cuddles, company and affection. He had not been neutered and had become lost. For the last six weeks he has been living outside and a kind person fed him until she was able to gain his trust and take him to the vet where he was neutered. She rang us in desperation as she had been turned down by so many rescues and had to collect him from the vet with nowhere to take him. What a sweetie! Clyde will chat away to you in a dear little high pitched voice. he is so affectionate and loving. He loves company and adores playing with his toys.  Pussycat
This sweet little cat was abandoned by her mother at 5 weeks and has been with her owner ever since. He is now moving in with a new partner who is allergic to cats and so pusscat has lost everything she ever knew, her home, her family, all the love and security she thought would be hers forever. How lucky we humans are that cats are so adaptable and forgiving. If you will offer pussycat a new home and love and a future, she will offer you her heart and will love you for the rest of her life. Poor Cally was so distraught when her owner died that she moved out of the house and lived in the shed. She is such a sweet little cat and so desperately in need of a home to call her own forever. Very sweet mum who had her babies in a garden and has somehow managed to keep them safe in spite of the terrible weather. She would love a home with one of her babies and the other two would love a home together. They can be homed with kids 5+ yrs and the kittens will be fine with other pets. Very sweet, affectionate pair whose owners are separating and cannot keep them. Grace is doing well on medication for an over active thyroid and zoe could do with losing a little bit of weight! Very stressed and fearful girl who needs an adult only home with no other pets. She will need time to get to know and trust new people and then will be a lovely pet. A really sweet pair of brothers whose owner was not able to take them with him when he moved out. they are good with small children 3yrs+ and cats and friendly dogs. Real family pets. Handsome doesn't even come close, this boy is stunning. His deep grey coat has a white layer underneath. He is part british shorthair and has the lovliest face. He was found with a wound on his neck and his owner abandoned him in the vet's after refusing to pay the bill. He has the sweetest nature and loves to play but would be best as only cat. Orby
Sadly Orby lost his mum at only 4 weeks old and missed out on all the love and security she would have given him along with important lessons she would have taught him. His owners always played with him using their hands, and as lots of other people have found, this gets less and less funny and more painful as the cat gets bigger. Orby is now a little unpredictable and does bite, but he is only very young and this behaviour is completely reversable. His owner is now heavily pregnant and wouldn't trust orby with a baby. Orby needs very patient owners in a home with no other pets and very gentle, understanding children 12+yrs. He needs careful handling to help him become a loving, gentle adult cat. Very dear little boy whose owner is spending a lot of time away from home and no longer has time for him. He loves company and attention. He has not lived with children but had no problems with his owner's young grandchildren, and should be happy with kids 3yrs+.
